Dr. Lauren Waardenburg ist Assistant Professor an der ESSEC Business School in Cergy, Frankreich. Ihr Hauptforschungsinteresse gilt der Rolle der Technologie bei der Entstehung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und der Frage, wie die Technologie die Arbeit und die Organisation umgestaltet, wobei sie sich auf das Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Physischen und dem Digitalen konzentriert. Einen weiteren Fokus legt sie auf den Einsatz der Ethnographie als Forschungsmethode zur Untersuchung von Technologie in der Praxis. Ihre Arbeiten wurden in renommierten Fachzeitschriften f\u00fcr Management und Informationssysteme ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist sie Mitautorin eines Managementbuchs mit dem Titel \u201eManaging AI Wisely\u201c \u00fcber die Lehren, die acht gro\u00dfe Organisationen aus der Entwicklung und Implementierung von KI in der Praxis gezogen haben.<\/p>\n
